Overall the product is delivered in a very solid casing, with all the tools needed for the specialized screws, and a sheet for organizing the screws too! I was surprised to see the much appreciated instructions but they were a bit scrambled (unproofed): I was told to remove hinge screens in step 13, and then again in step 16. Steps 17 & 18 tried to cover screen detachment and replacement all in one swoop, leaving out important steps. I had to unscrew the hinges twice on new screen I had inserted to get things situated correctly. "Follow steps in reverse order to reassemble" is lame and comes straight off of a popular DIY website. Very true notebook does not turn on until it is at least momentarily plugged back into a charger. Overall, quite good product; I think it would have been best for marketing to omit the instruction manual rather than include a poorly written one.

Perfect replacement, it was for my wife’s laptop and instead of paying 500+ to get it replaced at apple/the local computer shop I decided to get this and do it myself. The tools included are all you need, I did watch a YouTube video that was about 17 minutes long and it helped me tremendously.

the condition of the screen and it is operating perfectly. Easy to assemble, great display, microphone and camara work great. Happy to have found it. My brother installed it in an hour.
