Test Before Installation
Pay attention to electrostatic problems during the test, otherwise you will feel that the touch is not sensitive.
Striped/Black Screen/Non Touch
The LCD screen connector may not be tight. Try to reinstall the connector cable.
Don't Touch IC
Please do not touch the IC position. This is precision component, otherwise it will cause the screen not to display.
Last Step of the installation
Because the screen need to stick completely to frame, please use the elastic or fix tools to fix the screen for 3 to 4 hours.

The return window closed just in time for the screen to crap out. Right back to square one. Ended up having to just replace the phone rather than keep messing around with it.It's worth noting that I've replaced lots of screens before. I could have messed up, sure, but I at least know what I'm doing.

Ordered one and the sensor was blocked. Ordered a replacement and it was also blocked, making pocket mode turned on all the time, as well as the brightness turned all the way down. We went with it until the screen stopped working today. Garbage. Bottom line, it's a cheap part. It doesn't come with enough adhesive to secure the screen and back. I'm returning this one as well. And had to buy a new phone.

Just finished screen replacement and screen is working. These professional quality tools are very helpful, especially the multiple sizes of guitar picks and pry tools to get remove the glass and back. The professional screwdriver (which came with correct Phillips bit size, among others) is helpful to apply pressure while screwing and not strip screws. This phone was very easy to disassemble and reassemble. Unfortunately this kit doesn't ship with glue, which is needed for quality gluing of the screen--and if the three pieces of tape are used to attach the screen (one each side and a half for top, a half for bottom, then there isn't any tape left to attach the back plate! This product page does not say glue is required to purchase separately, but they provide rubber bands to secure screen while glue dries (!?), and again they don't provide enough tape to not use glue. So consider buying glue to go with this.

El producto llegó en excelentes condiciones, 👌 y además el empaque venia muy presentable, ahora mismo estoy por ver que durabilidad tiene la pantalla LCD de mi moto one fusion, ya que se la están poniendo a mi teléfono. En lo que cabe muy bien el producto, viene con las herramientas señaladas y mica de cristalme gusto mucho gracias amazon.

The color quality is definitely lacking compared to an OE screen but ok for the price. My biggest complaint is with the loss of functionality. The original screen has three opaque areas that can you can see from the back once the screen is removed. These are for the ambient light sensor, proximity sensor and fingerprint sensor. Without them, none of these things work. The screen goes black immediately after placing or receiving a call, and doesn't come back on when you take it away from your ear. The auto brightness doesn't work, and obviously the fingerprint sensor doesn't work. It did however come with a nice tool kit, it's a shame the screen isn't great, but I guess I can't complain for the price.

This screen works as advertised, I can't tell the difference between it and the orginal. The package it came in was professional for lack of other words, I was impressed by it. The package contained a nice tool kit too. I dropped my new phone a week or so after getting it. I love the phone, its amazing really for the price, it's the first time I had 128Gb on a phone, so I really enjoy it. Phones get dropped, I expected it at some point, but I didn't know Oneplus phone screens shatter like Christmas ornaments, at least mine did, not crack,shatter. LOL. I threw it in a refrigerator bag to temporarily use it because shatter means shards of glass. I didn't have the T-Mobile insurance because of the usual low cost of replacement screens, but for some reason replacement screens for the Oneplus Nord N20 5G phones weren't available yet for a low cost. Replacement screens at that time were running over $100 from other sellers, I guess because it was new to the American market, so I had to wait a month or so till one became available at a reasonable price, I kept checking Amazon and finally found this seller. These phones are being sold for a relatively low cost by T-Mobile so I can't complain. I highly recommend the phone. This phone appears to have other model number numbers when sold in other countries and by Oneplus's parent company, but its very tricky, it even appears that overseas the names/models of the oneplus phones are even transposed. I think because of this its best to get the screen from a seller that specifically says its for the Oneplus Nord N20 5G. Of course because of the way my screen broke, I think a new case and screen protector is mandatory for this phone, I have ordered one now for my phone. Thanks to this seller for being one of the first to sell this replacement screen at a reasonable cost for this phone.

To be honest I was thinking that the opinions here maybe was fake, however I decided to buy the screen because I needed to fix my phone for recobeering my photos and information. Well I received my screen yesterday and when I saw the way how can present the product ...I love it.... I intalled very easy the screen and now I have my photos and my information in my new clle phone ...because it is look as a new cell phone, the screen works very well and I am happy with this product
