Very sturdy and strong yet flexible, so can be adjusted to the shape of the item it supports. I do NOT use it for a skateboard, so can't speak to that specifically.

Fits my standard board. It’s been a year or so and it’s still sturdy in the wall. It’s hidden by the board, so they look like they’re floating. I can store and display for organization. Great purchase.

Perfect for my 40" longboard. Can display tape side, truck side or horizontal mounting option. EASY one screw mount. And stable. I didnt realize the arms at rigid but bendable. It is basically a large bendablewire covered in rubbery plastic. I like this because it looks fine on the wall when you remove your board...nothing to bulky. This could also be used to hold lots of other things due to its flexability.
