Lots of slingshot ammo very fast shipping first order got returned in shipping due to damaged so waiting on refund from that all in all I'm happy priced reasonably for the use to have perfectly round ammo for consistency also ordered the 5/16" 1500 pc as well with this order I did find one with a little mark from who knows what in the manufacturing that would deam it unusable for bearings but for a slingshot it won't matter it will fly straighter than what Walmart sells with the flat spots there's has and this is much cheaper for the quantity and quality of the product I mean 1 defective for bearings but not for slingshot ammo

You would think a precision steel bearing type of material would hold up better than those in the images after 8 weeks submerged in water and a little dish soap. Use for ammo but nothing else. Mr Z, change product description to just ammo.

I never tried 1/4" slingshot ammo before as I always used the 5/8" clay balls, and these are significantly smaller. The way the balls sit in the pouch is a bit awkward as the back of the pouch never actually touches the ammo until the launch. This is likely due to the design of the pouch more than anything, but is something to be aware of. Not sure if this affects accuracy, but I suspect that it does.As for accuracy, I find my accuracy with these to be about the same as when I am using clay balls. I was hoping for a bit more consistency, but that is not yet to be seen.Overall, I still prefer to use clay over these as I don't have to worry about bounce backs. I do enjoy shooting these steel shots when using a ball catcher since there is little to no ricochet with a properly designed target box. But when shooting at random stuff around the yard, I will continue to stick to clay balls.

This ammo is not .25 diameter. It measures .242 with calipers. Other then being a bit small, is good clean steel.Why don’t you just sell .25 diameter ammo as advertised??Maybe I should ask for 3% of my money back, that would be right wouldn’t it?

Excellent product and package arrived quickly. Accurate count - 5000 clean steel balls. I didn't count manually. Since each steel ball is one gram, I weighed them all and weight came to a little more than 5000 grams.
