PEM nut
We use Stainless Steel PEM nuts that are pressed into the brackets for easy and seamless installation.
100% 304 Grade Stainless Steel
Insert and brackets are made of 100% 304 Grade Stainless Steel for added durability.
Hardware
Hardware is provided to install your grille insert. Our 400 series Grille Inserts include bolts with two different colored finishes and are made of Stainless Steel. This way you can have the great look you want with the added durability of the Stainless Steel that you need!

When I recently purchased my 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500HD I asked, "Why is there an ugly hole in the front of the truck below the grille? The answer is, "That's the way Chevy designed it."So what to do? Go on-line and look for an "ugly Chevy grille hole filler." I looked at what was available on-line. When I got to this offering I pushed "buy now." I knew it was the one I wanted. Even though it was one of the more expensive hole fillers, it said "z71" which is what I wanted it to say.And it is. Beautifully made. Looks great. Easy to install. Greatly improves the appearance of my truck. Friends have admired the change. I highly recommend this product.I just wish seller would provide buyers with a plastic cover to cover up the factory "z71" emblem that is part of the grille of the truck. Black tape that covers it up now is rather gauche. The emblem on this hole filler is much nicer.

Part fits perfectly. Took roughly 20 minutes to install. I do recommend to have ratchet open end wrench to install. Had small ratchet with socket but was hard to get into tight spot. Very good product and strongly recommend it.

Quality made product, easy to install, protects transmission cooler and looks great. Great price for this laser and formed part. Good design, functional and comes with all hardware needed, stainless. Exactly what you would expect as a USA product.No need to disassemble the radiator guard or bumper grill. Recommend.
