Adjustable 135 degree Brass O-ring seal fittings will simplify the installation process and allow for simple reorientation of the fittings after installation
Cut-to-length tube
Three layer of tubing. It's in length of 24 feet. But it can be shortened to the length you desire. The quick connectors on two ends can be reused.
Compact helm
The helm pump is an axial piston pump specifically designed for manual steering. It's fitted with ORB fitting ports. The cover is anodized to provide better corrosion resistance.
Front mount cylinder for outboard engines up to 90HP
Balanced cylinder: The number of turns lock-to-lock is equal port to starboard or vice-versa

Bought this for my 13’ whaler restoration project. Had a tight bend to make in the splash well so cable steer was out of the question. Easy to install system. Very difficult to bleed if your helm is lower than the cylinder. Only issue I have is under power there is a lot of feedback in the steering to the point where if you let go of the wheel while on plane the engine is going to turn on its own which can be dangerous if you don’t expect it. I tried to reach out to the vendor but have not received a response. Not sure what to do but my kids can’t drive this as it is.

We have fitted this steering on a Mercury 40hp 13ft sport tender.Product quality is good and all parts assembled easily and leak free. Steering operation is smooth with precise ram movement.

Ich habe diese Hydauliklenkung aus folgendem Grund gewählt.Ich habe eine schmale Schwabelwanne an meinem Boot, also nicht viel Platz für bewegliche Hydraulikschläuche. Darum diese Wahl, da ja der Hydralikzylinder am Motorbrett sich nicht, wie die meisten anderen Lenkungen bewegt, sondern ähnlich wie bei einer mechanischen Lenkung den Außenbordmotor lenkt.Abgesehen davon sind mir nicht bewegte Drukschläuche sowiso sympathischer und langlebiger.Leider ist keine Info über die zusätzlich notwendige Kippstabilisierung des Steuerzylinders vorhanden. Diese habe ich aber aus Aluprofielen selber erstellt.Ich betreibe mit dieser Lenkung einen 90 PS starken Merkuri 4T Außenborder ohne Probleme. Ein Quantensprung gegenüber der alten mechanischen Seilzuglenkung an Qualität, Leichtgängikeit, Spielfreiheit und Laufstabilität. Man kann das Lekrad in jeder Lenkstellung auslassen, der Motor kann die Lenkrichtung nich beeinflussen.Würde ich wieder kaufen.

I agree with many of the reviews already posted. This is a reasonably well thought out kit. Quality is well above acceptable, but probably not to the standard of Hynautic or Seastar products. That said, it looks very well made and should stand up to use well. As with many direct from China products, the instructions require some interpretation and set up time. I installed it on a '13 Boston Whaler, and it was a very easy process. The helm unit was a drop in for the existing hole... and the ram installation went well. It does take time to determine the best routing for the hydraulic lines. I also needed to move my fuel/water separator to enable the assembly to move during motor lift. Give it a try!!

It's very affordable, seems to be a quality product. Made my boat steering smooth and no feedback. The only thing is no hydraulic steering fluid, but for under $400.00 any power steering fluid/hydraulic oil will work just fine. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one.

I installed this on my pontoon boat in 2021. It wasn't that big of a deal to install and although the directions were poor I was able to figure it out. I spent as much time trying to bleed the system as installing it. I don't get any bubbles but it does not stop lock to lock. I have now had this thing for 2 years and it is annoying. I have to constantly steer to the left or to the right depending on how I have my motor adjusted. Another issue I have is the Rams are so long I cannot tilt my motor out of the water anymore as they hit the boat.

Installed easily but i still have a problem after bleeding it 3 times.Direction of travel to port is smooth but turn to starboard is bumpy (notchy) and it’s annoying to operate.

Vermutlich sind beim auspacken eine Verschraubung verloren gegangen, habe diese prompt nachgesendet bekommen, danke! Zusammenbau und Befüllung war etwas tricky, aber habs geschafft. Habe einen Teil des Manuals falsch interpretiert und daher falsch zusammen gebaut. War nicht ganz eindeutig übersetzt. Letztlich klappte es aber doch, alles dicht. Verende es für mein 25 Fuss Segelboot. Möchte noch eine Autopilot Pumpe dazu bauen, mal sehen ob ich noch Verschraubungen (T-Stücke und Schlauchverschraubungen) dafür nachgeliefert bekomme...

I purchased this steering system for my 21 foot pontoon boat with a 90 hp engine. It works great the boat steers very well much better than the cable system that I removed. After some time I did have a problem with the helm pump leaking and contacted customer service. They replaced the helm pump in a extremely timely manner. After I contacted them Eric Got back to me right away and took care of my problem. It is a pleasure to Deal with this company, their customer service is top notch

I HAVE AN 18' BASS BUGGY THE OLD CABLE STREEING WAS SHOT KEPT GIVING ME FEED BACK FROM MY 60HP BIG FOOT MOTOR I CHANGE THIS ON ADVISE FROM A FRIEND AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT AND IT WAS A LITTLE HARD TO FIGURE OUT BECAUSE THE INSTRUTIONS WAS VERY VAUGE. BUT I GOT IT AND MADE IT WORK PROPERLY I AM VERY PLEASE WITH THIS UNIT NO MORE FEED BACK

This is my 2nd Hydraulic helm from Woqi. EXCELLENT products. Well made, installs easily. Makes steering so much nicer. I read though a bunch of the other reviews and i can say that 90 percent of the ones with problems used incorrect fluid. I have used the quicksilver hydraulic helm fluid with Perfect results. its a little more money than other solutions but its a quality fluid that works flawlessly in this helm.if you are on the fence with this system, buy it. The customer service is FANTASTIC. Great support and super helpful. They want to make it work for you.
