I got one of these for my dad who was an avid hiker after he moved to a colder climate he wasn’t able to get out as much any more. It helps him keep his legs moving when he is stuck inside during the winter and he loves that he can sit down and keep moving whist he watches tv or movies or the game. Very easy to set up and use and quite heavy so it’s very stable in the position you put it in. Very easy to wipe clean when needed. Family approved!

Description says it has twelve Levels, which would make you think it's talking about resistance levels. But it's not, it is literally speed levels because the eliptical does the entire work for you? All you have to do is put your feet up on it and it operates. This is not good for any type of cardio vascular health. This is good for an 80 or 90-year-old womanot. The product I was looking for I wanted something. I could use to get some. Cardio Inn while sitting at my desk job.

During the course of my workday, I began using this gadget by concealing it under my desk and cycling away for a bit as I worked on completing emails and reports. The fact that it is so silent was the first thing that occurred to me. I was concerned that it could annoy my coworkers or interfere with phone conversations, but it is almost completely quiet. Even when I increased the pace, it remained very quiet during the whole process. Regarding the variable speed, I am grateful for the twelve different settings. The majority of the time, I begin my day at a slower tempo in order to get myself warmed up, and then I progressively raise it as the day goes on. As the afternoon progresses, I often reach a higher setting, which provides me with a pleasant energy boost that helps me fight through the slump that occurs after lunch. My ability to modify the pace of the device without having to uncomfortably bend down beneath my desk is made possible by the remote control, which is a useful feature. One of the features that I most like is how portable it is. In the evenings, I find myself bringing it from my home office to the living room, where I pedal away while watching television so that I can get some exercise. It is not only lightweight enough to be readily carried about, but it is also strong enough to prevent it from sliding around while it is being used.

Effortless to use. Just turn it on, set the speed and go. Very quiet.However, the remote doesn't work. I've tried several sets of batteries to no avail. That cost a star in the review.
