Works good under a ball cap in cold and windy weather. Fit is very good. Will probably buy another for back-up.

works great. Went out on the motorcycle the other day and kept my head very warm. Fits well under the helmet. Only one very small complaint is that the ear flaps don't stay tight on the ears and a little wind gets under there. Does make riding in the cold much more comfortable. I have also worn it under my baseball cap at the football games and that works very well too. Good product.
