If you have to create labels or shipping bar codes, this is what you need. It's small and portable and once hooked up...works seamlessly with either my phone or computer. It can be setup for both wifi and bluetooth, or just plugged directly in with a USB connection.Setting it up was not exactly straightforward, but after playing with for a bit, I was successful.On the right side of the top panel the light will be red. need to change that to green. Go to google play store and download app. You want the Zebra Printer Setup Utility...not 'Print Connect'. Make sure you have your bluetooth on already. Also go into phone setting and make sure NFC (Near Field Connectivity) is also on. Once the NFC and the Zebra are connected you can use the app to change settings on the printer. So NFC first, then use the app and settings.Once you are in the app you can change printer paper size, quality of printing, and a manual calibration for the printer. Now you are ready to get your connectivity needs met. Just follow the instructions on your phone.My wifi is not password protected since I am rural (no need), but for most folks you will have to setup the security settings and get your password recognized...just like every other device you use.When all that is done you will hit reset on the printer app...the printer will reset and lock on to your wifi, and the red light will turn green.You are now free to print like crazy.Very useful product...installation can seem wonky, but once done...it works perfectly.

Does what it needs to do and works alright after a good bit of setting up and messing about. Much easier when I switched to an android device and PC setup vs the mac. Also to note, the one I received had clearly been opened and used. It had a new role of labels in it so was either replaced or they weren't used. That aside, it's basically as described though I think for the price there are a lot better options out there. It's very fast and the labels are clear and crisp. If you have the need for speed and bulk prints, this is the way to go. Would probably just want to ensure you're getting a new one.

Works well with our company's UPS account. Doesn't have the gimmicky requirement that others have requiring you to purchase shipping through certain portals.
