Poor customer service, offered only 20% when needed to return. I was so excited to use it when I set it up; I found our old bird passed away right after we set it all up. Brand new, reboxed and set for return with an email offering only 20% back. Disappointed.

I liked this cage as much as any other cage. There is one improvement I wish someone would incorporate though. The slide out tray has gaps around the edges so when you remove it a lot of litter stays behind. Why can't they make the drawer edges slide under the edges of the base as well? Is anybody listening?

The cage is nice and functional but the top doesn't stay on and my parakeet has gotten out multiple times

This was by far the best purchase I have made in bird cages in a while. A feel little thing that I had to tweak and fix but nothing I couldn’t handle. Way bigger than I thought it was and my Quaker absolutely loves it. I built a stand for it and we are good to go.
