The middle of the platform is sturdy for stepping up and down, but the platform becomes unbalanced when one steps toward the ends. I like the length of the platform and the ease of moving it.

I really wanted to cancel this during the long wait, thinking could have picked one up at my local box/chain store. Probably because I had to pay shipping and it was being shipped from CA to FL. The ones that had Amazon choice seal, I could have gotten it quicker but they looked cheap and not as sturdy so I paid shipping and waited a week for this step. This step works for me, the size is appropriate for me and it is sturdy for my weight and motion.

Bought this for resistance band workouts.Well made.Wider than expected, but since I'm not traveling with it, that works for me.Just as good as the higher end brands.

テレワークで運動不足になってしまったためにこのトレーニングステップ台を買いました。元々ほしいものは1メートルぐらいで1万円ぐらいする製品でしたが長くて大きいために迷っていたところ長さ70㎝ぐらいで値段も手ごろなこの製品があったので不安を抱えながら注文してみました。結果、買ってよかったです。以前買った四角い製品と比べると少し幅が広いし角が丸めているので足の踏み心地がいいですね。使ってみて満足したのでレビューを書かせて頂きました。
