I was using this for my Sony zve 10 with sigma 16mm, and it was hard to keep balance. Considering its own weight, maybe it already does its best. It's good when work with sigma 56mm though, I prefer to use it with my smart phone.

I recently purchased the Zhiyun Crane M2S gimbal from Amazon, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. In a marketplace that claims to be customer-centric, this product is a clear contradiction to Amazon's professed commitment to "Customer Obsession."The Zhiyun Crane M2S is, in simple terms, garbage. It fails miserably in keeping a straight horizon line, even when paired with a lightweight camera like the Lumix G100. The claims that it can support a GH6 or larger full-frame mirrorless camera are outright lies. This gimbal's performance is far from what was promised, raising serious questions about the reliability of products available on Amazon.What adds to the frustration is Amazon's failure to uphold its own leadership principles. Despite boasting about "Customer Obsession" as their primary principle, my trust in Amazon has eroded over time. The sheer volume of subpar products, such as the Zhiyun Crane M2S, raises concerns about the authenticity of customer reviews and the overall quality assurance process on the platform.While leaders are supposed to start with the customer and work backward, it seems Amazon is falling short on this front. The sale of products like the Zhiyun Crane M2S raises doubts about the sincerity of their commitment to earning and keeping customer trust. This purchase has left me questioning the integrity of Amazon's product offerings and their adherence to their own leadership principles.In conclusion, the Zhiyun Crane M2S is a regrettable purchase, and Amazon's handling of such products has only diminished my trust in their commitment to customer satisfaction. Buyers beware, and exercise caution when considering purchases from Amazon, as not all products live up to the promises made on the platform.

Habe mir den Gimbal für meine Sony zu e10 bestellt. Selbst die Kamera ist für die Motoren viel zu schwer. Die Verbindung mit usbc war dann später auch noch defekt. Also alles zurück zum Verkäufer. Über eine Woche am warten auf Rückmeldung…. Kommt einfach nichts….

Within a week, the gimbal stopped working properly. Even after you learn how to balance your camera, which is a total pain, when you power the unit on, it just spins to the right all by itself, round and round, like a top. Money not well spent. I've contacted Zhiyun and we'll see what happens. But for now, buyer beware!

I am totally blown away by this little pocket rocket of a Gimbal - I cant believe how strong the motors are in such a small gimbal that is a similar size to a phone gimbal but this can balance and carry a Full Frame Mirrorless Camera. I have got it to work with my Canon R6 and various lens. I was not sure if this would be any good but have seen a few videos on it and thought I would give it a try and as you can see it works. Although it wont replace my larger gimbal and it is not designed for that this one is so small I can put it in your bag and hardly notice it is there, that way you can take it anywhere with you in case you want to use it. I have used it all weekend and the footage that has come out of it is super smooth, I think I am going to make a video on how good this is and upload it to YouTube over the coming weeks, you wont be disappointed if you want a compact small powerful gimbal as this is a bit of a game changer.

I’ve been using heavier gimbal setups professionally for a while but with more travel this year I was looking for a smaller gimbal to use with my mirrorless camera & iPhone for behind the scenes & vlogging. It’s really important to me that the gimbal is easy to use so that if I hand my camera to someone to record behind the scenes of me working, that they can pick if up and use it intuitively. The Zhiyun M2 S is the solution I’ve been looking for! Whilst my cine camera ended up being too big for the gimbal in the end (my fault for not checking the sizing) it works well with my iPhone 12 Pro Max and the built in LED is really handy for boosting the low light shots when using the wide angle lens. I bought a phone holder which just screws right into the gimbal. Just attach it, run an auto calibration and away you go. Being able to do smooth panning & tilting shots will make my travel vlogs much more cinematic and I love that it packs away into my bag taking up hardly any space. I didn’t need to read the manual to get started, and it has plenty of the usual modes like follow & FPV mode. I’d recommend this gimbal for vloggers and anyone using a mixture of both small mirrorless cameras & smartphones to help stabilise their shots 🙌
