Correct tools for flywheel and starter clutch

I ordered this to remove the flywheel on my Tao Tao Pony 50. Upon arrival I went to employ the tool and it didn't work. Initially I thought perhaps my flywheel was out of spec or damaged. I ordered a jaw style puller and another brand of flywheel puller that was the same style as this. When the other flywheel puller arrived it worked perfectly. I measured this one and the measurements just don't match up, the product wasn't correct or as advertised.
