One pole broke on my second ski trip while just pushing off. The description said pros use these, or national team. NO WAY! These are crap!

So, I ordered these poles last week and used them for the first time. I went to get off the lift and push off with my poles after I got off and it snapped right in half. I couldn’t find the broken pole. Will never order these again for $100; not worth it and poorly made. I would request a refund but I only have 1 pole to send back.

I'm new to skiing but moved to ski country and was looking for gear of my own. These are perhaps an inch short for me, but they're such high quality it doesn't even matter. They're so light but so sturdy. They are very cool looking too. I feel like I'm starting off with great gear so I'm learning faster. Highly recommend these poles for other newbies, or experienced folks as well.

These ski poles check all the right boxes: Lightweight due to graphite/carbon materials, just enough flex, great-feeling grips, and carbide tips.Sizing is right on the money. I measured, and they're exactly 50 inches, just what I ordered. My old poles (which I'm replacing due to a broken tip) had a feature where you could make adjustments by loosening a screw in the grip, so if you're between sizes and need, say, a 51 Inch pole instead of 50, you could dial in the exact size. These Zipline poles don't have that feature, so before you order make sure about sizing. The poles feel great and work very well. They also look great with tasteful graphics. At this price it would have been nice if larger baskets were included, but it's not a deal breaker. And speaking of price, these poles are significantly more expensive than comparable poles, and when comparing features of the Zipline poles I didn't find anything that makes them worth paying the difference compared to name-brand poles with the same features.

Took these out over the weekend, and I'm definitely a fan.Looks-wise, what you see is what you get. If you like how they look in the pictures you'll be happy with them in your hands.Whether or not that hexagonal cross-section does anything, I can't really say. What I can say is that these poles are pretty light, which is great because if you fly with your skis you know that you can only take 50 lbs of gear, so a nice set of lightweight poles fits the bill there.Strength-wise, I was impressed. They've got a lot more flex to them than standard aluminum poles, but they held up well. The grip is a bit smaller than what I've been used to , but it's not abnormal or out of the ordinary, and they fit in your hands just fine. They're marked L and R, but I couldn't tell any difference whatsoever, both by looking at them and in my hand.If you're in the market for a new set of poles, you could do a lot worse than these.

I love my Zipline HEX 16.0 carbon weave ski poles! They're lightweight and durable and provide great stability and control on the slopes. The ergonomic grip is comfortable, and the adjustable straps keep them secure. It's a great purchase!

These are the best ski poles out there. The hex shape is unique and the trick to making these poles extremely stiff. If you like bendy composite poles, these are not for you. They're relatively lightweight vs. aluminum poles, but on the heavier side for carbon composite poles. The lengths are true, I'm 6' and I like the 50" length. I got these in 48" and that 2" really makes a difference (I miss push-offs), but that's not a knock against the poles. The white paint finish is clean looking, but I prefer the black as it shows off the unique carbon hex weave. Zipline makes some of the best poles out there and you can't go wrong with any of there offerings. These are some of the most expensive poles, but they should last just about forever considering I still have my Goode composite pencil poles that are nearly 20 years old now.

I love the white color of the ski poles. These poles are great for skiing as they are nice and tall, have nice comfortable hand grips and straps that go around my wrist. They feel nice and durable and made to last. They offer great stability for me as I'm skiing. Superb quality. I am very pleased.
