I have used thousands of these in restaurants and home. Normally they come for restaurants in bulk amounts of about 1000 or so. Taking them apart takes skill, they are in fact thin lace doilies and they make a mess when taking them apart, yes, but oh so worth it. I normally like when they come in to take them apart and box for my use on the fly. I sit down, and some folks do well blowing on the edges, but I seem to be able to sort of bend and get them apart ... you have to work at it to get your groove. They are machine cut I presume using a laser machine, don't really know about that, but they are not fabric or top quality, they are thin paper and to be expected as such. They make your food look gorgeous. When serving soups with a plate under, that doily makes the presentation exquisite. On the small cake plate for a muffin or small deserts. Under a coffee cup, charcuterie, Under your cake, and if you don't have the right size, just circle several small ones to cover the area you need. They take your table from plain to extraordinary. So many uses. And expect the tiny pieces mess, they come with the territory. So, get them, take an hour, separate each one and restack so they are at the ready when you need them. They make everything beautiful! If you wait to separate them until you need them, it will be frustrating and a mess when you are rushing around. Buy, separate, stack, store, clean up mess! They are absolutely worth the effort.

All the sizes had areas that I will have to cut out by hand. 😡 600 doilies. Yes I took them apart & counted and looked at each one after I saw the poor wrap job. Tape was lose & sticking up. It would be different if it was a rare one here of there. They may need to check out their machines for cutting or maybe these are seconds.I ordered my own dies. If you look in the back ground, you can tell I was picking out pieces of paper anyhow. At least this way I’ll just be weeding out pieces and not cut around edges.

I received this package disgustingly packed and bent. See photos. Clean out paper specs very well before use. So I opened it and it was all the packaging that was yellow. The inside was not yellow, but yet bent up. Though still the packaging was disgusting.
