Smells like fish... The odor is STRONG.We sent an email to the customer support and they told us to wash the covers which helped but...The cover is ridiculously annoying to take off. I've never seen a structure like this. The zipper is in the MIDDLE of the back of it. Our very first time trying to take it off, while being careful, the cover ripped. Now the zipper came off and we tried putting it back on with no luck.While the actual mattress itself is comfy, the design of this cover and the smell of it when arrived has me sadly regretting this purchase.

We absolutely love this mat. Used it a few times in the kids room. Kids and dogs also love sleeping on it. Bulky to store but overall great quality.

Bought this mattress because my dog had major surgery and my husband and I wanted to take turns sleeping with her in the living room as she needs assistance walking. We're not spring chickens, so I hoped the mattress would be soft enough to get a good night's sleep. It has exceeded my expectations. It came in rather late in the day so it only had a couple of hours before needing to use it. Still, it had fluffed up to about 3 inches. The next day, we had the full 4 inches. Very comfortable- we have it on the carpeted floor. My husband has decided he doesn't want to trade off with me as he found it sufficiently comfortable. Comes with a sturdy bag and two straps to store it. I haven't stored it yet, though. I bought the queen size and am using a queen fitted sheet on it. It fits. I would recommend it if someone needed an extra spot to sleep but not a spare bed.
