I bought these as a Star Wars code cylinder prop for my costume. They seem sturdy and the clip has held onto my costume well. Not sure how they work with chalk, i have never used them for that purpose.

Se zafan los gises al colocarlos, el soporte está muy flojo. No me gustaron

Several of them didn’t work when removed from package. Inside grip for the chalk is not sturdy; doesn’t hold the chalk and when chalk is half used it doesn’t hold at all.

Purchased to use in my classroom and they work really well. Holds the chalk securely. Great purchase!

Great product, easy to use but they were broken into small pieces while shipping. Need to figure out a way to package to avoid that.

I used standard sticks of Crayola white chalk in these. After the chalk wears down, and you have to advance it, these holders don't hold the stick of chalk firmly. Every time you try to write, the stick of chalk just pushes itself back inside the holder, rendering it useless.

I bought these to use with pastels. They are aluminum, light and strong, and their spring-jaw grips even a rectangular chalk stick, like a NuPastel, firmly. Great for small broken chunks that are hard to hold with your fingers, and I don't like the feeling of chalk on my skin, so they're good for that too.

I ordered this set for my job. I work in an automotive parts factory & we use chalkboards on our racks of products to list info from one process to another. This set looks good in pictures but the quality is crap. One chalk holder wouldn't open up enough to put chalk in. Another wouldn't close enough to hold the chalk in place. The erasers are as cheap as you can get. The magnets aren't strong enough to hold, the plastic is warped, the fabric untucked & doesn't erase anything. And this was after a couple days. What did I pay for exactly??
