Recently we discovered a veiled chameleon in our lanai, our enclosed (except for a doggie door) back porch. The poor thing was not doing well so we took it in, did some quick, extensive research and scrambled to get the things the little guy needed. Later one we found out that an individual was breeding things and was facing impending trouble so they released all of their stock into the wild.As with many reptiles, our veiled chameleon uses his tongue to shoot out, snare his prey and tug them back to his mouth to eat. This can be a problem if you have substrate on the bottom of the cage as they can accidentally stick some of that and it can cause digestive issues. The bottom of our mesh cage is 24 x 24, so I bought two to cover it. These work great, are easily to pull out and clean.

Can't say much about this. I cut it to fit in a zoo-med and seems to do it's job - it's a carpet. Doesn't hold moisture like coconut bark, but is much easier to maintain.

Cuts easily and sizing is perfect for screened cages. My chamelon seems to like this carpet better than others I have used
