The worst thing there can be, they are useless, poor quality, the cables are useless, they look black and white, horrible, the worst of the worst, I spent 5 hours of work to have them installed so that they would look dark and if you touch the cables the signal goes away

I was impressed with the appearance and quality of the materials used in this product. The boxes with the parts were well organized and packed. I was not impressed with the clarity of the instructions.It required multiple attempts to recognize my Wi-Fi network, when it did connect it constantly dropped the connection and then again had difficulty reestablishing the connection. The remote monitoring software kept crashing on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5).Because of the issues above I did not progress to the point of installing the HDD into the DVR so rely on the reviews by others that describe the HDD installation as straightforward and simple.

ZOSI-ZG2126E-USI installed this camera today and the image is good, however, I was disappointed to find that the box lists it as 700 tvl and not 800 tvl as stated in the product description. Also the lens cover, unlike other Zosi cameras is not screwed into place, neither does it have grooves to slide it in, it simply snaps on.Update - The vendors wrote to say that it is in fact 800tvl but the changes have not been made to the product package labeling etc.

Great product so far for the cost, above average picture quality and night vision is good. Instructions are kinda vague but if your semi handy and computer savy it's pretty straight forward. My shipping was blazing fast ordered on 11/28 a Saturday and it was on my doorstep 11/30 a Monday. Make sure you do some research on a hard drive as this doesn't come with one. For my needs a 500 gig was plenty. The offered bundle was a great fit. Also care was taken in packaging and you could definitely tell some one gave a damn when it was prepared for shipping. A+ experience with this seller thanks again!
