So far so good... I haven't lost a gem yet which is a bonus because the screw on kind always would unscrew over time and I kept losing the gems / balls...

I hardly ever write reviews on Amazon, but I have to warn customers that these earrings do not stay. I've lost about four of the jewels, which are the front piece.

They are very cute and the right length/gauge for my tragus but fall out very easily when I shower or use a Qtip.

Very pretty! I have small ears, and these are available in 6 mm length :) Just be sure to bend the pins on the earrings, or they will fall right out, and they are really hard to find because they are so tiny...
