The plastic sight pin ring had so much excess "flash" (plastic spilling out past the mold) that it would have been unusable without using an X-acto knife to trim off the excess plastic.I can't speak to the functionality of the sight overall as I got it just to repurpose the sight pin on my recurve bow sight (WARNING: this was a nonstarter because the sight pin isn't of the 8-32 thread size as standard recurve sights). It looks about what I would expect for the price, I suppose.Verdict: if you care at all about having a recurve bow sight that works, spend a just few more dollars on a better one. Otherwise just sight down the arrow and learn to gap shoot or stringwalk.

After you set the sight and then take a couple of shots the vibrations loosen it and it drops. Obviously this makes it no longer accurate.

I purchased this at the same time as a Southland Archery Supply SAS Spirit 62" Beginner Bow Set for my girlfriend who wanted to try out archery. This mounted right up easily. It does take a bit of dialing in to get accurate as a beginner but will help get muscle memory from have that on point of site while practicing at set distances. Good value for the money, durable enough for the price and holds the site well.

I bought this for my grandson’s 12th birthday. He absolutely loves it! He’s practicing pretty much daily and improving all the time. One of his favorite birthday gifts of all time!

Description say it's made from aluminum alloy, that is a lie, the sight mount is made of steel. The picture of the refrigerator stuck to the plate proves it. Aluminum is a non-magnetic metal.

I like the structure. At least 2 extra sight pins would make this product a better quality item for the price. Had to buy 3 to get 3 sight pins.
