I bought this on sale last week. As I wanted to use my e bike for grocery shopping or to take it on Amtrak for transportation on an upcoming trip, I decided I wanted to buy a rack bag so I can carry more stuff on the bike other than wearing a backpack.Tonight I was testing this bag out on a grocery run. Now I only bought several bottles of soda and a pint of sour cream, so I had more than enough room to carry it in my 17 liter rack bag. I had put my groceries away, closed the zipper and started to unlock my bike to get ready for the ride home. Before I set off I checked out my bag again and noticed a portion of the zipped part of the zipper peeled open. I tried to close it by running the one of the zippers back over the open portion. Unfortunately the zipper ended up completely falling off the track. I will wait to see what the seller does to remedy this.Overall I like this bag. Other than the current zipper problem, for the price it seems well built and roomy. I could use this for my trip at the end of the month but the zipper falling off the track definitely puts a damper on that plan. I hope the seller remedies this ASAP. Otherwise for now I can only give this bag 1 star. The zipper is pretty important and it failing is not a good look.

Love the Velcro attachment for rack mounting and ease of removing it. Looks like it will hold up well.

I had to change my reviews from a 1 to a 4 star because of a hidden zipper to open the top compartment. It was well hidden making it look like a side opening bag. Don't make the same mistake I did, it is very easy to do.The bag is larger than my current bag that I have out grown. It has a real size bottle holder, not a bottle holder in name only like my current bag. It also has a strap for attaching many of flashing safety lights to that my current bag does not have, another reason for the upgradeBeing hard sided will holds it's shape for years to come, my current bag has lost it's shape and looks like it is older than the bike.One drawback is the inside storage compartments run along the side of both sides full length. it needs compartments for smaller items. I carry many smaller items such as a remote for an alarm, that is used often. It would have been nicer to have smaller pockets on one side of the bag for those types of items and not have to dig for them each time they are needed.
