Runs small. My Chihuahua always fits into a small but this one is really tight.Cute but because of the size situation I won't use it.

However, it's too hot for her in warm weather. The vest section is padded in between the outside layers. So she is currently in her last halter that is well worn. We live in FL and have very little cold months. Back to the drawing board!

I love this cute vest. It is sturdy and fits my 4-5 pound Havanese well. It is quilted so probably too warm to use in the summer but the rest of the year should be fine. When she outgrows it, I will probably purchase it again.

The dress is made very well my dog seems comfortable. It is very pretty and I especially like the D ring it is a great harness. No pulling on your fur baby while walking.
