I ended up returning these. They just didn’t fit right on my e-bike.

When I opened the box these felt a little cheap. Lightweight plastic and the connector felt cheap.I figured why not put them on and now I gotta say, they look good. The adjustable base swivel let me push the forward and a little lower so now they are low profile but don't mess with my controls. I think they look great. The ball joint is tight so they hold where I adjusted them.Now we'll see how they handle a day in the sun amd 100mph winds blowing on them.
