It printed incorrectly and there's no return policy available. Although you have to be the one wearing it to really notice, it's noticeable immediately if you wanted to gift this to someone. Just not good enough quality.

Ordered two sets of personalized cuff links and they arrived late and only one pair arrived.For a special occasion so very disappointed. Reached back to Amazon and was told the second set was being shipped but still no show. Bummer, because I liked the ones they sent.
