You see, back in the day they had these things called CD players and they played music off of "Compact Discs" which were plastic discs with a 4.7 inch diameter which ironically isn't particularly compact but I guess compared to a vinyl album it was...They could hold up to 74 minutes of uncompressed stereo digital audio.I have music albums that I released in my youth that I wanted to display on the wall and these frames do a good job of that.I will say, they work better with jewel cases than they do with albums packaged in the more environmentally-friendly cardboard sleeves. I was able to make it work though. You will probably want to do what I did, which is to use a piece of foam to push the cardboard case forward since they aren't as deep as jewel cases and are a little bit wider.This design could be improved by using a sheet of glass instead of polycarbonate but overall, I'm very pleased with how they display my past work.

If you order this CD display frame for a hard jewel case, it should fit perfectly. I ran into an issue because I ordered this to display one of the newer soft cd covers that I had gotten signed by a band. Unfortunately this display frame will not fit those style of cd covers. Otherwise, the frame is super easy to assemble with your cd and case. The frame is easy to hang either vertically or horizontally. The backing pops into place simply and overall, the frame is a nice way to display your favorite cd.

This cd display frame is perfect for showcasing my favorite signed CDs, with its solid wood build and sleek white finish adding a touch of elegance to my room. The double groove design really lives up to its name as it securely holds both the disc and the CD box while giving it great protection. Overall, it’s definitely a great mix of style and protection, and I highly recommend it to those who are looking for a display piece for their cds.

I have a signed CD from one of my favorite bands (Honey Revenge!) that I wanted to showcase. This frame is perfect. The mat cutouts are perfectly sized for a standard CD and sleeve. I've tried to create my own way of displaying these, but there is nothing better than this frame and mat. I'll be getting more of them as my autographed collection grows. The frame quality is sturdy and elegant. My only complaint (and it is a minor one) is that the plexiglass is thinner than other poster frames I've used, and at this size of a frame, I would have appreciated a thicker plexiglass or even glass. On larger frames, glass tends to get too heavy, but for this size, that would have worked well. I'm afraid of scratching the plexiglass on this one when cleaning it.

Seems sturdy and easy to put in the cd and cover. Used for an autograph cd and it looks great. For the price you can’t beat it.

I’m a music producer and I’ve released several albums. These frames are very nice for displaying my CDs and jewel case art. They seem very well made and are very attractive hanging on my wall. Close with nice hanging hardware too. Comes nicely packaged.
