When I purchased my dual channel thermometer it came with 2 probes rated to 500⁰ F and only 1 meter in length. I needed a set of K-type thermocouples that would measure in the 750⁰ range and would have longer cable length. These 3 Tellegloww thermocouples rated to 899⁰ F and supplied with 3 meter cabling, meet my needs quite well. While I haven’t done extensive testing for accuracy and sensing time, all 3 probes were within 5 degrees of each other being heated by my digital soldering iron set to 700⁰. The response time was closer to 30 seconds than the 5 seconds suggested in the listing, but for my needs this is not excessive.I’m pleased with the Tellegloww thermocouples and their initial accuracy at the temperature range I’m interested in.

These K-type sensors have really long, 3m (9foot) leads. Almost too much it would seem initially, that is until you realize it’s so much easier to coil it up than wish you ordered a longer length! These are cheap enough to dedicate one to monitor my dehumidifier!I don’t have time to actually check calibration properly, but they seem fairly accurate compared to a calibrated sensor in the same application. These are great value. If there’s anything I would complain about it is the insulation. I’m not sure what this is, but it seems to be fabric, cotton, or fiberglass insulation rather than an elastomer. Will this wick and hold onto moisture? I wish I knew what the insulation actually is and the temperature it’s rated for.Made in China.
