The hoses seem great ( will update this post over the years if they fail!), but the 5' hose was $40 last week but -only- $30 this week while the 6' hose was $16 all along? Is this a supply issue, where prices skyrocket when the inventory drops?

I was advised to replace the rubber hoses behind the washing machine. I’m fairly sure this hose will long outlast any washing machines I ever own.

Good quality tubing. Easy to install. No leaks. Pay attention to the length you select. I bought a 10 foot hose when 6 feet would have been more than long enough. Still works fine.

These lines are perfectly fine if you don’t start cranking on them with a wrench. A nice snug hand tighten is all that is needed then a little more with pliers if there is any leak. Don’t deform the fittings of they will definitely break because the metal is fairly cheap. I’m happy with them and they were exactly as advertised.

Like many others who are leaving comments on longer steel hoses, I too was finding a standard 5ft hose not nearly long enough to reach to my dryer for the steam function.This is a good replacement. With 10 feet long, I had plenty of slack, and no longer have to worry about a distressingly taut line to the dryer. Gaskets were fresh and supple, and a good solid hang-tightening and there wasn't a drop of leakage at either end. ....that was 5 hours ago. If anything changes I'll edit.
