I'm a super newbie to drum kits - my drum experience is with things like cajons, djembes, steel tongue drums, etc. I can't afford a drum kit just yet, but I'm getting a little practice setup going with practice pads and the like. This cymbal is a nice addition to my setup! Has a nice weight and size to it. My drummer friend (who went to school for drums) says he likes it, so it must be decent!

These are nice little budget splash cymbals, which is one spot on a drum kit where you don't always have to splurge to get good results. These have some rich overtones, and the one I got has a surprising low fundamental, too, which you can pull out with extended techniques like bowing. For this price, you can't go wrong!
