I love this stuff, there are a lot others out there but Humboldt hemp wick works the best, I prefer the fine.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered hemp from them and I have been happy every time. It lasts long, there is no weird smell or taste, and it burns properly.

I've previously never tried this brand but after doing a bit of research I wanted to try it out! I am very pleased with this hemp wick so far, it has a liberal coating of beeswax and doesn't have a weird smell or taste! The only critique is the hemp wick is on the thinner side compared to the hemp-tai brand for example but still a great product!

I am late coming on to the hemp wick thing- since I have, I used up what came with the little dispenser I have fairly quick. I picked this for 2 simple reasons:first, it's made here, in the U.S.A. I've been through Humboldt and I knew I'd get the #2 reason- quality.Glad I did. It's well wound, with good quality wax- very easy to wind up and it binds easily. It's also not so big (thick) it's annoying, and it burns bright, but slow (even in wind or a fan).VERY happy with this purchase, ty H.T.

I've had this for 2 years and still have quite a bit left. I only use it a few times a month, although I smoke multiple times a day. Just too lazy to use it. Great quality, and it's a major bonus that when you set it down or drop it on the floor, it doesn't pick up pet hair. The wax isn't sticky. I probably wont need to buy it again, but if I did, I would buy from here. The flower tastes so much better when you use this instead of a butane lighter. I also use it to light candles that I can't reach deep enough into.

I rated this 1 star the first time I wrote a review, because 10 days after ordering it, it still wasn't at my house yet. it got here and I guess it was the post offices fault. As for the hemp wick, it is a bit thin, and the flame goes out much easier than other hempwick. So if you're going to be in the wind or outdoors smoking, it's not the wick for you. Go with Beeline. That said, it does have an amazingly fresh honey comb aroma, and stays together very nicely. With some hemp-wick the fibers aren't glued together completely and they separate and it just bothers me, maybe I have OCD. Humboldt is like a nice rope that stays in-tact.

I've been using hemp wick for two years give or take a couple months. After having tried a lot of what is out on the market, my sampling stopped a year ago when I came across THE Humboldt Hemp Wick from Humboldt Traders out of Arcata, California. I have purchased nearly 400 feet of their wick for personal consumption, and here are my findings.Shipping: 10/10 Always fast. From CA to PA I have received every shipment in about three days. The 50ft and below comes in a thick bubble-wrapped lined envelope with the spool of wick wrapped in tissue paper, a business card, and a sticker with the brand logo on it. The 100ft+ spools come in a small cardboard box with the same additional content.Materials: 9.9/10 The first thing I do when I open my package is unwrap the spool of wick and take a big old inhale. The rich earthy smells of the organic hemp and the beeswax overwhelm me with a fit of nostalgia, I am swept away to gardening sheds at grandmother's and the deep warmth of summer. The color I would call a light tan, and is dulled by the coating of wax worked into the fibers.Application: 9/10 I am only familiar with the full flame wick, and the burn is superior. One of the slowest burning wicks I have used. There is absolutely no taste redulent from inhaling the burn, and is easily put out between thumb and forefinger like a grown man.Price: 9/10 Although it will always be cheaper to make it yourself, who has time for that?Overall: 9.9/10 Nearly flawless in every way. I have turned everyone on to the Humboldt Hemp Wick who has tried it, and I will not stop singing its praises anytime soon.
