We have one bag that has some fobs that don't work correctly because the number printed on the fob does not correlate with the rfid number programmed onto the chip inside. Example - if my fob says "1015" on the face, and I attempt to key in at an access panel, the access panel reads an electronic rfid that doesn't match, giving me fob number "1019." is attempting to access. I suppose we could try to manually adjust for this when assigning key fobs, but its not a good practice to do so for a number of reasons. Not sure if we just got a bad batch but if the seller or manufacturer wants to contact me and replace this bag, I'll update my review.

This company understands the importance of customer satisfaction. As a result of a programming error on my end, I thought I had purchased faulty product. The company responded immediately and shipped the replacements immediately. In the meantime, I discovered the programming error and was able to use their product and I am completely satisfied with it. I have purchased several hundred fobs and cards and fobs and ALL are working perfectly. I will continue to order from them
