I hate watering. My little garden doesn't get enough water at times. I put these into my raised beds and set the drip to run out in about four hours. It took a little trial and error to get the rate where I wanted it but now I fill them up once in the morning and once in the evening and voila. I used some 16-oz bottles and some 2-liter bottles as the tread pitch is the same. I'm sure that my bottles will last for the entire growing season, even in the hot East Texas sun.

I really do check reviews but this looked like such a great idea I just skipped that entirely. I cannot find a plastic bottle that adequately fits thee. I am very disappointed but I will continue to try different bottles in the hope I can use these since I hate watering plants. I either water too much or not enough and end up tossing the plant. I recommend carefully reading the ad and the reviews.

I will have to go purchase different brands of water bottles to see which one will fit because the one I normally buy does not fit. It is not really a big deal because water is not that expensive and you can reuse the bottle multiple times.

Do not buy, they don't fit water bottles - even tried Desani as recommended, will not fit. I then tried to wrap electrical tape around the mouth of the bottle to increase the width, hoping that would make a good seal and salvage the product, still leaked. I really am sorry to leave such a poor review, but for me they were a waste of money. This may just be the 1st product I have considered returning.
