I use a lot of these wires for things other than concrete work. The standard wired being non coated always rust. These should be much better for that. They seem to twist as they should.

The 1000 PCS Double Loop Rebar Ties are okay for light tasks. The galvanized iron wire is decent, and the 6-inch, 16 gauge size works for securing rebars and other materials. They’re easy to use, as you simply twist them to bundle and secure items like rebar, pipes, or fences.However, these ties are not as heavy-duty as I expected. They tend to break a bit easier than the standard rebar ties I typically get from the hardware store. If you're working on smaller or less demanding projects, they might be fine, but for anything more heavy-duty, they might not hold up as well.Overall, they’re functional but not as sturdy as some other options out there.

There ties are okay for footings but are too brittle for vertical rebar tying. The tend to snap when tied tightly.
