My nips are pierced. Caught one on a lat machine attachment. That fn hurt. The regular ones are too small for piercings. These are big enough. I shave chest once a week anyway so no biggie. But you also got to scrub around the nips first before putting them on or as soon as you start to sweat they fall off. If your clean they stay on for the whole workout.
