Not 100% portable. It seemed like this had a built in battery. Not so. Instructions even mentioned one. I sent a note to the email listed and no response. Decent monitor, but needs to be plugged in.

Very pleased with this 10.1 inch monitor!I am predominantly using it as a secondary CCTV display for when I am using my main monitor for gaming etc. but have used it for PC diagnostics and new builds. I must say it has been invaluable so far! With multiple connections (HDMI, VGA, Composite (RCA) and BNC) it ticks all the boxes as far as I am concerned! Fantastic product!!

This monitor is a great size, easy to set up and helps me so much in my workday. My only tiny negative is that it is so thin and light weight, that it can be knocked over easily. However, the base helps keep it from doing that, so I'm happy!

Oh yeah...because portable monitors weren't ready for prime time. But they are now and this one from Wholev fits the bill perfectly. It's a great balance between screen quality (excellent), size (thin enough), connections (plenty), and price.

This monitor is great. It's easy to set up at just plugging it in, selecting your input, and getting to work. The picture is good and I like to use it for multitasking on my laptop. The remote and all of the extra cables are really nice too.

At the time of buying, this was the best 1280x800 resolution small 10" monitor I could find on Amazon, I wanted a small secondary monitor to go along with an ultrawide and I considered a 1080p display, but figured there was no point when such a small display will always need scaling. the 800x600 cheaper alternatives is too small to put any sensible app on (like email, slack or similar). I had a slight issue with the stand that the reseller helped with perfectly and sent me a replacement stand.First of all, there's another detailed review of the 'rimless' product that was very helpful in letting me know you can set a refresh rate of 72hz on this monitor. Also the review says this is a TN panel, it possibly is, however the viewing angles are very good, like IPS and unlike TN, the colours are oversaturated and you need a bit of tweaking to get it looking good, this may be partly down to the screen being glossy and not matte. The monitor also doesn't repond to VCP codes (not important for most). All of this is trivial to me, and isn't a criticism. The only thing I dislike about this monitor is that when it goes to standby it goes to a white screen with the logo, unfortunately there seems no way to set a black/blank standby screen. Which is unfortunate, I'm not sure if the USB slot is capable of updating the firmware of the monitor, but a if it is a firmware fix would be nice.Overall, it is a very good buy for the price and a decent second monitor or a CCTV/utility monitor for around the house. If it wasn't for the standby screen I would have given it 5 stars.

This was perfect for my specific application. I was using a large monitor because it was sitting around. I really needed a smaller monitor for use with a CNC machine. This monitor is perfect, small enough to fit well in the shop area,, with HD resolution for ease of use. Connected power and HDMI cable and it worked well.

This thing has a great 1080p image and the aluminum housing is lightweight but solid.I've got it powered via USB and running HDMI out from the laptop. All the cables hide nicely behind the setup. This monitor also works really well as a portable video monitor which is the reason I decided to go with this model.I've had this for about 2 months now and couldn't be happier.

What I like? It's small and you can actually read from it. It comes with every possible cable (HDMI, VGA, a weird one I've never seen and the power cable). You can see the image in 170 degrees so it's definitely not a TN panel but a real IPS panel. But...The bad:It's flimsy, hard to configure, the buttons are low quality, the OSD menu is unfriendly, the + button works to select, the menu button to change options, and the AV/AV2 to go back, makes absolute no sense. Now, back to the viewing angles, yeah, it's great that you can see 170 degrees of the image but the viewing angles from the top or from the bottom are far from being as pleasing, if you see the monitor on an angle you'll start thinking "is this really not a TN panel?", it's quite infuriating. Finding the right configuration and resolution to make everything the icons not look stretched took me 20 minutes. Have you ever spent 20 minutes configuring a monitor?Blacks don't look black, you can have a very dark image on the screen that if you're with your room light's off you will see a shiny white 10 inches ghost across the bedroom. That's not good. It feels (and probably is) a Chinese left-over.Now, the worst part of them all: sound quality. This is a deal-breaker and the very possible reason I might return it. It clearly says "robust, crystal-clear and natural sound reproduction" which is false advertising. It is not robust, it is far far away from crystal-clear or natural.I bought this because I work as a Software Engineer and I wanted to put Grafana on it to monitor some metrics on some websites and servers I run. I also wanted to leave World Community Grid fighting cancer on it while I'm not on my noise-less PC on the bedroom, but it is way too shiny with dark images. The other use is to keep Spotify on it while I'm programming so, if suddenly it comes with a sound I like I can just glance as who's the musician. Also it reflects badly all the sources of light of the bedroom, it seems that the only way to enjoy without light reflected on the screen is by living in a cave with no windows and no light. All in all I would not recommend it, it is not worth 75 pounds. This is a toy screen that should be sold for 30 pounds max, not a penny more. It is hugely overpriced, you can get better "normal" sized monitors with four times the quality for the same price. Even a cheap tablet could do the job better. By the way, forget about mounting it anywhere, it doesn't have a standard VESA or anything near it. They've hidden the back of the monitor from the pictures for a reason. It is an awkward mount that you won't find anywhere an adaptor.Another deal breaker, a stupid sticker on the top, right corner of the screen, that should have never been there and is making me suspect I've received a second-hand item. More reasons not to pay 75 pounds for it.If I had to summarise my opinion, it will be: wait until this monitors cost 30, they aren't worth 75 pounds.
