This coffee machine works great and the flavor of the coffee is better because of the basket filter instead of the traditional paper filter. I give it 3 stars because the spring on the bottom of the funnel fell off.

I like the quality of this coffee maker, simple, elegant, and it feels very solid. It’s very fast and basic on off with a warmer plate. Auto shut off after two hours. The water reservoir is really easy to access compared to other coffee makers that have this small area to pour the water you remove the back lid and it’s very roomy for my water pitcherYou can set the timer so it’ll come on the next morning. You can also select regular or bold. It shows a little coffee bean picture.Also, it has an indicator that comes on when it’s ready to clean the unit. I just got it so that hasn’t kicked in yet, but I thought that was a nice feature. I wasn’t aware of that when I bought it.It’s a good size 5 cup really only made one and a half mugs and I like to have at least two mugsMy 12 cup was just way too big so this is just right it gives me 3 1/2 mugs if I fill it to the 10 cup lineIt’s not a name brand, but I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did. I’m very happy with it and I would recommend it if it has the features you’re looking for.After one week of use the pause and serve function failed. I removed the carafe and it kept dripping so I pushed the stopper up and down, and it fell off. I will be returning this item too bad everything else was good.

This coffee maker was defective from the time we took it out of the box. The back water vessel leaked water.

nice coffee maker and its QUITE ,,, my WIFE likes that about ,, a MR COFFEE can wake the house up..even the FINISH BEEP is a nice volume . the STRONG BREW OPTION .. is EXCELLENT ... and so is the re useable filter ,it makes VERY GOOD HOT COFFEE

Love this coffee maker. Not only is it smart looking , but the progammabilty and the stronger coffee option is great. It is also quite easy to clean with detachable parts.

Love the design and sleek look! Just what I was looking for in a coffee maker. Functions were easy to use with the touch screen. Excellent coffee temperature and brewing speed. Would certainly buy again!

I have been using this for past 9 days. This is pretty good coffee maker and is little more than a basic coffee maker. It is compact, doesnt take up much counter space. It has good 12 cup capacity which is sufficient for a small family. Easy to clean. I love that i can program it to have coffee ready as soon as i wake up and warming feature ensures its still hot when i am ready to drink. The touch screen and easy controls make it convenient. It operates fairly quietly. Overall good value for money
