I would say that the Holulo 10D Loupe Magnifier is very well made. It is solid. The LED lights are very bright. The measuring scale is removable. I purchased the Holulo 10D Loupe Magnifier for working on watches. They are not good for that. The depth of range is very limited. Items quickly go out of focus as I move the loupe. The error is probably mine. All-in-all, solid, well built, bright LED lights, very narrow depth of view.

This is a great loupe and the lighting is perfect. Have only had it for a week, so I can't speak to battery usage. So far, though, I'm very happy with it!

It has ruler marks so you can measure what you are looking at. Very, very worth buying. I am so far-sighted that I cannot see close-up but with this and my reading glasses (or without) I can adjust my vision.

Gave this loupe as a gift for an avid arrowhead and fossil hunter. It is amazingly good quality for the price. They loved it, and loved all the built in features.

I thought I was getting an eye held loupe but this sits on the table. The lined measuring lens got in the way of viewing the objects. It was screwed on quite tightly leading me to believe it wasn't removable but when I re-read the information I realized it could be removed. The light is good and adds to the view quite a bit. The whole area was in focus which is not always the case as I discovered with a Bosch and Laumb I bought.

Overall I enjoy this loupe over the previous hand-held version I have, though the magnification here is not as strong. The description reads "accurate and undistorted", and that is what convinced me to get this. Yet, upon using it for a time I do notice some distortions as I slide the loupe over a surface. The center has a slightly bulging leaving the edges tapering. Laying flat and still, it is not noticeable, but moving it around you can see the image has a light distortion. So that is my only real complaint. I was concerned from other reviews this did not come with any batteries for the LED, but lo, the lights when on when I flicked the switch. So I was pleased and I think coming with batteries is probably the norm. Overall, it's a nice product, feels solid, and has some weight to it. The graph on the bottom is a glass piece that you can remove if you are not measuring anything and just want to examine the texture or something. The price is debatable as to whether I feel it's worth the value of the item or not. There are definitely cheaper ones out there, however, I don't know how good of the quality they are. This one I feel the quality is at least better than the one I had before.

The product is fine but you can find the same item from other vendors for less AND those come with batteries.The description does state that you need batteries so that’s on me for not reviewing things before purchasing.For my needs it will be fine but I would not buy from this vendor again.
