These braces are great for perfect, strong corners. I used them on a sleeping platform in my adventure vehicle, so i needed something adjustable and sturdy.The only negative is I accidentally stripped 2 of recessed hex heads which can make them difficult to remove once stripped.

scratches, nicks and sharp edges from the stamping/ shearing and hole punching are presentfor the price I think the product should be better

These are pretty burly and do a good job of joining 4040. I used them for the mounts for some solar panels on my van project and, after two weeks I went to make sure they were still torqued and noticed they were considerably rusted. One of the bolt actually had to be drilled out as it seized likely from the rust when I replaced them with something of a higher quality. This setup might be OK if you were to use it indoors.

It there is any leverage against they snap easily. Remove all from my project after 5 snapped

These right angle brackets are as square as you can hope to get. They fit snuggly into 4040 tracks and locks in securely with the included screws. Excellent low profile option for secure fastening without limiting inner space. Price is good but quality is better.

While these function fine for joining two pieces of 40 series profile in the same plane - I had specifically ordered these based on the pictures showing removable tabs. The removable tab version is more versatile for mounting to the sides of profile, and for flush mounting other items onto profile.
