Does pretty much what is claims to do. Do yourself a favor though, get good screws from the local hardware store. These screws will easily strip the head, or shear.

The bars themselves are fine...nothing fancy but feel sturdy. I don't know about the screws...they might be fine for light projects but I'd probably use something else.

Thick steal—strong, unbendable. If you need this size it’s great. Screws enclosed are useless but doesn’t mater.

These are made from a strong Stainless Steel metal of good thickness. The plates have 8 holes for mounting, with a wider gap in the center so the screws aren't too close to the mended seam edges. Speaking of the screws, they are really not very confidence inspiring, and I recommend better ones unless you are using these on a very light duty project. They do work well with better screws though, and the black color looks good. I think these are a good value for the money.
