Love these. They make perfect individual pies. No need to grease the tin, just put the pastry straight in. They popped right out of the tin when cooked. Would highly recommend.

Really needed some pie dishes for family member who likes to take home made pies to work. They seem to be of very good quality but as I haven't as yet made any pies in these, I'll have to come back and let folks know how well they have coped. If nothing else they will save a fortune buying those throwaway alumium pie dishes.

There are so many recipes available for miniature pans from savory pies to desserts, and I was looking for something small to try these recipes. These are nonstick, great quality, little pans for individual sized servings for lunch at work, or if I don’t want to eat more of a pie than I’d like when I cut my own slice. They’re a good size portion, not too small that you’d want two, and not too large where I shouldn’t have eaten the whole thing.The tins are dishwasher safe and so easy to clean if hand washing. They bake very well without warping. I just love these. Mini foods are also really cute. These pans also came with a little silicone scrubby to clean them without scratching and a small silicone pastry brush.

I tend to overdo it when it comes to casseroles and desserts. These little pie tins are the answer for harm reduction and portion control when it comes to sweets!Didn't know what to expect. When I opened the box and looked and felt the tins, instantly noticed that they were durable and made well and have a heft to them.After washing them, decided to use them for mini fritatas. They have a great nonstick coating but I still used butter to grease the pans because.... I like the flavor. Loaded the pans with cooked onions, peppers and spinach. Topped each one with 1 oz shredder cheddar cheese. Then I beat a few eggs, added a dash of 1/2 and 1/2 and salt and pepper and beat eggs a little more and poured the beaten eggs over the preloaded mini pie tins. Baked them in my stove until internal temp was 165°F and the tops were golden brown.Was very pleased with the results! These little pans just work! I used silicone cupcake pan in past to make them but they don't brown up as nicely as these pans did.Recommended without reservations! A+++

Nothing too fancy here, they are just what you need to make little pies. The nonstick surface is adequate and they are well manufactured. Great for pot pies or any small baking task.

I love making mini pies in the Fall, but how the pie-making day goes is very much dependent on how good of pans I have... These, are amazing. The crust browns beautifully and evenly, and the pan releases the cooled pie really well, too. Cleanup is a breeze - not that there was even any food stuck on them to begin with, but I was able to put them in the dishwasher, and then just give them a quick towel-dry before storing them. Very nice.I, personally, am fine without the little silicone scrubber, but there's one in there if you need it. As for the pastry brush, it's definitely not a selling point in my opinion - the brush detaches from the handle pretty easily, to the point of being annoying; I just tossed mine since I have more functional pastry brushes on hand anyway. I didn't drop any stars for this though, because the pans really are that good, that it makes up for the brush.

I made little lemon curd and meringue mini pies in these and I've never made a pie crust before, let alone a gluten free pie crust. I have to say, my pie crust was a little bit of a mess going in. I had to piece it together to fill the little pie pans, because I could NOT lift it off the rolling mat without tearing it. I think the kitchen might have been too warm for the dough, and if I'd thought about it, I should have up the dough in the fridge again. Despite my lack of patience and wonky way of putting a crust in these pans, they popped out perfectly. I did use a silicone brush with a little coconut oil on it to hedge my bets, because I was pretty sure this first time was going to be rough go. Maybe I should do that every time, because these little pie crusts came out so much better than I expected and held the custard and meringue just great. I'm glad I have these in my kitchen tool kit!

These are the perfect size for individual servings. The pans cleaned up easily. Great for someone who only cooks for 1 or 2 and makes freezing the extras easier than having to cut up a full-sized pie with filling falling out in order to freeze left-overs.

I have others and needed more for Thanksgiving small desserts sos ordered these. They are just ok, my others have a smaller diameter bottom & fluted taller top & I like those so much better but didn't find them

These are just like the little pans we used when I young. Make individual chicken pot pies, apple pies, etc. They are solid metal, easy to wash.

Work great! Fantastic for individual servings for pie. They bake faster then doing one big pie too! Having the pastry brush included was an extra bonus.
