Has pretty good sound for an amateur player. Work great for me.

Made the cheap Fender sound good! Sounds like a humbuckers.

Awful. Does not sit correctly in soundhole. Treble strings sound significantly louder than bass strings because the pickup is not designed to compensate for the radius of the standard guitar fretboard.

honestly, not as bad as I thought it was gonna be. it sounds good and is easy enough to install. one quirk I have about it though is that when I slap the strings I begins to sound muffled and bassy. but other than that great product. would recommend to a freind because of affordablility. have a good day :3

Doesn't fit tight enough on sound hole not not a big problem.

I have been playing guitar for 47 years and in that time I have used several different acoustic guitar pickups, but this is the best quality and sound dollar for dollar I have yet found. I bought it to use on a Gibson 12 string and it not only amplifies the sound of the guitar very well, it captures all 12 of the strings with equal clarity(other 12 stringers will know what I mean!), something I have only been able to accomplish with much more expensive units before. Spend a lot if you want, but be aware that for a pittance you can have a great pickup that is easy to install and has Volume and Tone controls. You can only use the included cable until you buy or make another, but that is a minor fix.
