The teeth and dents on this after-market part are not the exact same shape, width, or depth of the OEM Toro part which causes the the spring arm to VERY easily slide off of them. Hit a small bump? Boom, the deck is dropping down a few teeth and your lawn is scalped. After installing this after-market part and seeing that the deck actually slipped down MORE EASILY than when I had a very worn down OEM part in place, I went out and tracked down the OEM part, installed it, and my problem was solved. Sometimes after-market parts are fine. Not this one. Make the effort to go find the OEM part for this.
