Rigged it up to a 12V battery to test it out. It's just ABS plastic, so I wouldn't trust my bodyweight to it, but it shines bright and the offset makes it an easy fit for my boat. Would recommend as a cheap and cheerful LED option if you get caught out at nighttime.

After having these for a while, I finally had the chance to install the lights. replacing the plug in style of light that is very convenient, but not very bright. These lights were quite easy to install by splicing them into the existing wires on my boat. They are permanently installed, which I kind of like, and their rather low profile so they don't get in the way. There are plenty bright, which was my main reason for purchasing them, which adds to the safety of my boat. I don't often write it at night, but I like to be able to turn on the lights any time there's low light due to cloud cover and dusk.

I installed this on my 16ft center console, and it is very bright. Good quality and easy to install. It was much brighter than the previous lights I had on. Will install more on my other boats.

The red works and the green works. Nice and bright. It’s not blindingly bright but it gets the job done. No issues with the electrical wire. Holds up with rain and snow. Decently priced.

This boat navigation light is very nice for the money. I went with this model because it has a rise on it so you can have it set up a few inches over the front of the boat. This is a plastic light so I am unsure about the durability, but it’s very well weather protected and the lights are bright. I think this should last a long time.
