Your web site indicates it will fit compatible retractable awnings. My Aleko is 9’4” your product is 9’6”. 2” too long. Doesn’t even come close to fitting. Very unhappy. What can you do to make right?

I ordered grey but got a cream color. We put it on anyway and looks nice, without directions it took hours to put it on. It also didn't have the rubber you have to strip it out of the old one.

Well, I asked Rufus which order the measurements are laid out,Rufus told me it was length by width, which is wrong.(or maybe I was wrong for not understanding length and width)12' x 10' -12 foot is the width that attaches to the roller on the house.and the measurements are cut to exact length.Hopefully this will clear up any confusion for the next person ordering.

Retractable awning dimensions are measured at the frame, the fabric width is necessarily shorter. The length (projection) is less important since the roller can cope with excess. Most sellers explain this (eg ‘14cm narrower’) as the norm.I chose this brand since it ships from Amazon and arrived promptly, but was dismayed to find the 12’×10’ fabric was actually 12’ wide and cannot be mounted.I see others have had this same issue with other sizes. I installed the valance so I could snap this pic; I hope this makes the issue clear (particularly to the seller!)Will be returning for refund. Edit: had a local vendor remove the excess and re-hem. Cost me nearly as much as the product.PS Many vendors also include the 1/4” inserts (“splines”) that slides into the fabric and frame; this one doesn’t.

That product fabric was very easy to replace on my awning system. Better stronger material.

The fabric is not as heavy as I expected it to be. It is also a lighter gray than depicted in the picture.
