I love this case! It is thick, sturdy, durable, you name it. I'm sure this will last a long time. It is compact for how many it holds and it makes me feel like my discs are safe. Would definitely buy again and would recommend to a friend. If you are looking for a case for CDs or DVDs I would definitely recommend this!

I deducted two stars for the following reasons:- You have to remove all the plastic bits yourself, sometimes it rips the plastic that is supposed to stay in the dvd case. Not a huge deal, just irritating.- I bought two of these months apart. Since the first time I purchased this item, the manufacturer has changed the fabric AND the measurements. So they look like 2 different cases, but they’re supposed to be the exact same. One is taller and more matte, the newest is shorter and shinier. See the photo. The new case looks lower quality than the initial one I purchased.

It’s pretty standard cd holder, if you grew up in the early 90’s this would be a grail ngl. Having the ability to carry 100+ cds is wild. When I whip this out at my monthly sleepover with the ps2 all the homies give me a good night kiss. 100% would recommend.

I use it for storing both CDs and DVDs. It is a good size, far less than several mammoth books that store several hundred disks. My only complaint—minor one—is that it took awhile to get the outer case to bend so it wrapped around the disks. It would be easy to damage disks if the outside of the case is not bent into the shape that was intended. Multiple colors makes categorization of disks easier. A bargain!

4 stars.I plan to keep this productWhat I liked:1. How much room there is!! It easily holds over 100 discs.2. The carry handle3. The black pages make it easier to see dust and keep stuff clean4. Seems to be just as durable as any other of this type of disc holder that I own5. The price is excellent in comparison to similar products6. Easy to use. Does what it is supposed to and keeps your discs nice while taking MUCH less room!!Did not like:1. The zipper. Other reviews have complained about the zipper; these complaints are legitimate. The zipper does not curve around to the outside of the spine. Instead the zipper has a long bit that sticks out at the base and the other end of the zipper, it stops just at the spine. This causes a tiny space at both ends of the zipper through which dust can get into your booklet even when it is zipped. You can tuck the long strip of zipper into the booklet once it is zipped, but it's fiddly to do it. The long strip also makes zipping the booklet up very difficult. You just about need 3 hands.2. The color. I ordered purple and got a booklet that has a seam binding that is fuchsia, a booklet that is sort of a reddish-plum color and a zipper that is a reddish maroon. The colors don't match each other or my idea of what purple looks like. Not at all what I was expecting3. The pages stop lying flat the fuller you fill this booklet, taking a little bit away from ease of use.4. You can't fill this all the way full and still zip it. The 4 inch spine width is literally too small to accommodate all 128 discs plus all the disc pages. You lose about 12-16 disc spaces due to this problem. And this is the reason I actually docked the product the star.To make this product perfect:1. Fix the zipper.2. Add another 1/2 inch or 1 centimeter to the spine width.3. Space the pages out in the inside of the book so that they lie flat no matter how full the booklet is.4. Add a pocket for notes in the inside front of the bookletHope this review helps.

I have a LOT of CDs. Most date back from the time I used to do karaoke every night, and was so hardcore, I had my own tracks! Earlier cases I had either fell apart eventually, or simply did not hold my growing collections of CDS. Some CDs were also accompaniment tracks to sheet music books I owned (I took voice lessons way back when). Other CDs were actually music--some were double discs for Broadway shows and such. I ordered the "Rose" colored case, which is more a magenta and comes in a very shiny satin-like finish. Not sure how this type of fabric will hold up against scuffs and normal wear, but right now, the CDs are staying home with me and I just needed a way to store them safely. It does have a nice little handle for carrying, though. The case is so beautiful, I really want to order the blue one as well, but right now my older cases are holding up just fine, so I might wait awhile on replacing them just for looks. As other reviews have noted, the inner "sleeves" where you actually slip the cds (or dvds) are kind of flimsy. As a rule, I found that other cd cases--even ones that were quite expensive--tend to have flimsy inner sleeves that cannot be replaced (!) once the thin plastic tears and you can't use them anymore. It would be great if someone would make a case like this but with removable/replaceable sleeves. However, just trying to find CD cases in stores--especially pretty ones--are getting harder and harder because CDs are now a somewhat dated format.Another criticism was about the difficulty of closing the case once it was full. I actually had no trouble. When you get the case, it's going to be a bit flattened from storage, and you need to gently expand the sides up. Then gently guide the zipper closed. The zipper end hangs out on purpose, but it may be so one can open up the case easily without unzipping so far that you accidentally remove the pull or something (I did this dumb thing once with a pencil case ).I didn't have any issues with opening the sleeves. I just stuck the cds into the slots, and the bits of odd plastic kind of fell off naturally. I'm too lazy to actually pre-open all those sleeves. And yes, you need to remove your discs from their plastic case if they have one.Overall, I would recommend this case for home storage. It's really pretty and it will keep your discs safer and more organized than if you threw them randomly in a box, especially if you did lose or break the plastic case (or if the disc didn't have one).
