This little kettle is compact, light, and functional. So far I’ve only used it on a Coleman stove and not directly over a fire but it worked well, handle stayed cool, and the spout pours nice. Excellent bang for your buck!

This pot will hold 1.2 liters however it's too full and likely to come out of the spout during a boil. It's perfect for boiling 1 liter. The size is great for 1 - 2 people for coffee or tea. It's a convenient and compact size to have in a backpack and seems durable.

I need my "vitamin C" (aka coffee) when camping. I have been using a little, half-liter tea kettle for years, but it is too small. I have to boil water twice for the two of us to have enough water for both of us. When making hot cocoa, I have to boil the water in batches. With this 1.2-liter tea kettle, I can boil water once, and everyone is happy. The stainless steel in this kettle is a little thin, but if it were thicker, it would be heavier and useless for backpacking. It is more than strong enough to do its job. I am so glad I got this tea kettle. I recommend it.

I bought this to replace my husband’s aluminum one. Though it is a little heavier, it was much appreciated. The stainless steel will last! His only complaint was that the lid falls off easily. It should have been a little tighter.

This is a great, lightweight tea pot for camping. Boils water fast, good size to pack away and it is easy to pour. Easy to fill with water. Well built. Like that it has a notch on the handle so you can hang it over a fire.

It’s a cute small cattle for a couple cups of coffee or tea. Thin metal for easy heat up ! Will leave another review after I use it .

This is really a very thin stainless steel. Some tarnish black stains that I couldn't remove on the one I just received. Not very reassuring to drink water from this. Exterior look is very nice. SUS304 is printed on the side and this is suppose to be a superior quality stainless steel.

I make coffee for myself and my partner every morning. When camping in the RV, the stove is smaller than what is at home, so coffee production is scaled back too. This simple kettle works nicely. Pours nicely, although the handle does get hot. You will need a mitt for that. I have tried it on electricity and gas and it works nicely. I have not tried it on an open flame, but as there is no nasty plastic on it, I do not see a problem.
