Do not fit USA size CPVC but I used a Drexel sander to widen the openings of all 100 openings for my home irrigation system. I suppose an extremely strong person could hammer these on to a pipe but I could not as a 72 yr old woman.

The way the connectors were arranged in the box has nothing to do with their functionality, but it was very satisfying aesthetically to open the box and see the tidy geometric pattern of interlaced Xs. Other PVC pipe connectors I've bought have been thrown haphazardly into a box and were a jumble when I opened them, but these were like getting a sculpture surprise. Thank you for that little dose of unexpected dopamine. As connectors, they are fine. They fit securely on my 3/4 inch sched 40 PVC pipes and seem to be well made.

This set of 4-way white PVC fittings fit snugly on existing schedule 40 pipe, and dry testing all four connectors revealed no issues. Although the project did not require water, and therefore the fittings were not tested when glued to the pipe, they appear to be satisfactory. However, a comparison to similar fittings from the Charlotte brand, which were purchased at a local hardware store, reveals some differences. The walls of these fittings are thinner, measuring 0.10 inches, whereas the Charlotte brand fittings had thicker walls, ranging from 0.13 to 0.15 inches. Additionally, these fittings lack any writing or markings, which is in contrast to the Charlotte brand fittings. The dimensions and material of the fittings are suitable for PVC pipe connections, but the thinner walls and lack of markings may be a consideration for some users.

These fittings are labeled "furniture style" because they have options for configurations suited to building structures rather than plumbing. Making a greenhouse, blanket fort, plant trellis, temporary shelving, etc. is great with these fittings and some 1/2" PVC.I wish they had a variety pack with various shapes available, because I don't really need so many of one type and I do need a few different kinds.

It's garden season, and I love to build trellis appliances with PVC pipe. Last year, I used 3/4 but it was bulky, so this year, I will be using 1/2 inch. These are exactly as advertised, provide a nice tight fit with 1/2 inch PVC from major hardware retailers.

Straight up, these are a dozen (12 each) Schedule 40 rated PVC 4 way cross fittings. These are further refined because they have chamfered edges which add aesthetic appeal to furniture builds where joints are visible, and because they aren’t marked or banged up due to unprotected/bulk handling. I especially like them because they’re a better overall value for me than I can get at local hardware stores. Photo shows sizing comparison to U.S. Dollar Bill.I hope you found my comments and photo plumb and level. Thanks for checking!
