These are miles better than the galvanized English Muffin rings that I've been using for years. The joint is musch better done, the rolled edge gives better contact with the griddle so that the sides cook better. The coating is very effective- oil doesn't really stick to it; I'm going to try them ungreased (I usually butter my rings). The 4" size is a tad larger than I'm used to, but not a problem. With one batch, I had some batter seep under the rings, but I'm pretty sure that was something I did, hasn't happened again.

This is my second time purchasing this set. I bought once and wanted a dozen of each size. They work great and are easy to clean! I use them to make scones and buns and crumpets. Good tool to have if you are into baking.

all in all I liked them, size, quality and quantity of the rings are great for my needs. the silicone brush was handy. the metal tongs are very flimsy. 5 stars without the tongs, 4 stars if you could t the tongs
