I've used egg rings for years and these are some of the best.

There are 12 rings in the box, 6 for fried eggs and 6 for small pan-cakes. The rings are polished steel, beautiful, A spot weld holds the ring together. They are light weight and very sturdy. I bought these rings because they don't have a handle so for some dishes I can flip the item in the ring. High quality doesn't come better than these, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I'm sure these would work perfectly for muffins. However, we were wanting to use them to make 'mini fritattas' and the egg mixture does leak out from the bottom. Even with a very hot pan, and a slow pour of the egg mixture, it still leaks out. So they haven't met our needs. But then they weren't designed to make fritattas, so I shouldn't complain.

Very nice rings. Muffins did not stick at all with a small amount of cooking spray.

We have given up buying any kind of bread because homemade is far superior. That said the larger rings make great hamburger rolls and donuts . The small ones are great for sliders. We have found that baking food with ring on makes them perfect, just be sure to add shortening. We were missing one small ring and company responded to my email immediately. It did take 6 weeks to get replacement but then we got 3 and not 1. So I think it was worth the wait.

Bought these crumpet rings as I finally found the perfect crumpet recipe. Their size is spot on and although not “non-stick “ a simple wipe of butter on the inside makes for very easy removal. Result is delicious homemade perfect crumpets. Would be just as handy for homemade English muffins.

My current cooking project is to discover how to do the McDonald's breakfast sandwich menu with a few enhancements. Most of the information on using egg rings is focused on whole eggs rather than scrambled eggs, so it took me a while to devise a strategy for making perfectly round scrambled eggs. With a good bit of experimenting, the technique appeared, which is to do it in steps using two skillets:(1) Partially scramble the eggs in butter in the first skilled but only until the eggs are nearly cooked but still "wet".(2) The egg ring is in the second skilled and is warm with some whole butter on the bottom and butter around the inside of the egg ring, spread lightly with a silicone barbecue sauce baster.(3) Using a spatula, move the "wet" partially cooked scrambled eggs into the ring and flatten the top.(4) Let it cook for a minute or so--not too hot but enough actually to cook, which firms the scrambled eggs and fits them to the round egg ring.(5) After a minute or so, flip the egg ring and its scrambled eggs, and then cook another minute or so to brown the other side.I use the larger egg ring and make 3 eggs at a time, plus some whole milk--premixing, of course. As shown in the photo, this makes a one-inch thick, perfectly round scrambled egg about the diameter of a Sunbeam hamburger bun. It's a bit thick, so I am thinking about slicing it in half horizontally so it's the same thickness as a generous sausage patty. These egg rings clean easily and when buttered on the inside edge do not stick.

Since being home more due to COVID-19, thought I’d try my hand at some different recipes…purchased these rings for baking and things didn’t work just right. More of a mess than a wow, several times, so requested return of item. But, if you are a great baker, these rings are stainless steel and very sturdy and would probably work for you!
