It does not work for eggs or pancakes as the product doesn't set flat against the heating surface - the egg white and the pancake batter leaks out from under it. However, it does work as a cookie cutter and also to cut bread into Texas shapes.

I expected something more the size of a regular pancake. This very small. Not even 1/2 the size of a regular pancake.

Big is better in Texas as we know. You need big eggs to fill these! Works a treat once you get the technique down.
